Who is Bryan Singharaj?

First and foremost, I create nutrition content. Food is the greatest thing on earth, and we should not be stressing out about every little thing we put in our bodies.

I graduated with a Master of Science in Nutrition from San José State University as a first-generation Asian American. Furthermore, I am credentialed as a registered dietitian nutritionist in the state of California.

Honestly, I went to school because I wanted to learn how to eat delicious cultural foods and perform like an athlete.

Nutrition is not just about what foods are healthy and unhealthy; if you think this way, I am sorry. Unfortunately, my experience working with clients with eating disorders has indicated that this mindset is a partial reason for their eating disorders.

Allow me to guide you toward a healthy relationship where culture and diversity are the spice of life. At the end of the day, I help people feel confident by coaching sustainable weight loss behaviors.
